What is the Consumers' Choice Award?

The CONSUMERS' CHOICE AWARD™ is an initiative of CONSUMERS' CHOICE INSTITUTE (CANADA), which has retained the leading independent research firm, Leger Marketing, a member of GALLUP International Association, to conduct a survey in major Canadian cities.

It is unique in Canada, as the winners are determined by consumers and not by a panel of judges. It covers a broad range of categories of interest to the public and the to business community. Its purpose is to publicly identify those establishments which have been voted by consumers as being their choice for excellence.

Methodology

Every year, 1,200 businesses in Edmonton are polled by the leading independent research firm, Leger Marketing, a member of GALLUP International Association.
